Srinagar, June 20 (KNS): Kashmir News Service (KNS), a leading news agency of Kashmir Thursday organized get-together for media Association Handwara in which the working journalists of Handwara participated.

The function was held at famous Tourist Reception Center Reshwari Nowgam. President of the Association expressed satisfaction over the meeting.

Addressing the members, he urged all the members of fraternity to work for the welfare of the society and also to restrict yourself from fake news.

Senior journalist Javid Zarger on the occasion said the aim of this get together was to understand the value of fraternity, adding that those who are not affiliated with the fraternity are requested not visit any government office on the name of media Association Handwara.

On this occasion, senior journalist Javid Zaragar, Shamim Abdullah, Raja Akbar, Aijaz Manzar, Mudasir Rashid, Javid Ahmad, Murtuza Mushtaq, Shahmim Bhat, Tariq Rather, Kabir Geelani, Ashiq Hussain, Munir Ahmed, Mohd Ramzan Elahi and Aatif Qayoom were present. (KNS)
