KNS Editor-in-Chief extends warm Eid-ul-Adha greetings to fellow citizens, Muslim community

Srinagar, July 20 (KNS): The Editor-in-chief and owner of the Kashmir News Service (KNS), one of the the oldest news agencies in Jammu and Kashmir, Mohammad Aslam Bhat has extended his heartfelt and warm greetings and wishes on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha to his fellow citizens and Muslim community as a whole.

In his message, Mr. Aslam has prayed for the peace, development, an prosperity of the region and urged his fellow citizens to share happiness with others and promote mutual harmony on the occasion.

“Eid ul-Adha symbolizes the spirit of sacrifice and amity which inspires people to work for the wellbeing of one and all,” Mr. Aslam said. 

He also urged the people to be content with modest celebrations at home amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Eid ul-Adha is a celebration of unswerving devotion to Allah and the boundless compassion and love the Almighty for his creation,” he said.

Mr. Bhat also urged people to follow Covid-19 SOPs and guidelines in letter and spirit in view of the Covid-19 pandemic and prayed for the end of this deadly disease.

Meanwhile, the entire KNS team also extended heartfelt greetings and wishes on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Adha and prayed for the well-being of everyone. (KNS)
