Srinagar, June 14 (KNS): Jammu Kashmir People's Movement (JKPM) on Wednesday evening Refuted Claims of Dr. M Hussain as its President.
In response to recent reports circulating in the media, Jammu Kashmir People's Movement (JKPM) categorically refuted the news claiming that Dr. M Hussain has been elected as its president.
As per the statement issued to Kashmir News Service (KNS) by the JKPM spokesperson Rohit Sharma, it has been stated that Dr. M Hussain joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on 13th July 2022 in the presence of AAP's National President.
Following this development, JKPM took immediate action and expelled Dr. M Hussain from the party, revoking his basic membership. Consequently, he is no longer a member of JKPM, it reads.
The statement further reads that any claims or news suggesting Dr. M Hussain's affiliation with JKPM are baseless and misleading.
The party urges the media and the public to refrain from disseminating such inaccurate information, as it can create confusion and misrepresentation, it added.(KNS)
