Srinagar Feb 21(KNS). Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee President Vikar Rasool Wani today expressed profound grief over the passing away of Noor Mohd Bhat, who was the younger brother of JKPCC Senior Vice President Mohd Anwar Bhat.
Noor Mohd Bhat has just
passed away in SKIMS Soura after a brief illness.
JKPCC President expresed heartfelt condolences to Mohd Anwar Bhat and other members of bereaved family.
