Interaction cum-cultural program held in Qalamabad Handwara

Handwara, March 18 (KNS):An interaction-cum-cultural programme was held under the Civic Action Programme(CAP) by the Qalamabad police at the Model School Audoora area of Handwara in northern Kashmir.

Students of Model school Audoora and children of the adjacent area of Mawer Qalamabad participated in the said programme. On the occasion BDC Mawer Tahir Ahmad Mir was the chief guest and Naib Tehsildar Aijaz Ahmad was the Guest of Honour. 

SHO, Police Station Qalamabad Anam Manhas were also present on the occasion. Dancing, Singing, Debates are among the programs in which students participate.

All the participants were encouraged by the SHO Police Station Qalamabad Anam Manhas and other officers present on the occasion. All the participants were served refreshment & finally programme ended with vote of thanks by the SP Handwara And SHO Police Station Qalamabad. 

The public outreach programme under the Civic Action Programme (CAP) has been started by the Handwara Police on the directions of Senior Superintendent of Police SP Handwara Sheema Nabi Qasba-JKPS. She said such programmes will continue in coming days also.

At the end of the program all the persons including students who participated in the event were awarded prizes.(KNS)
