Anantnag August 30 (KNS) : People's Democratic Party (PDP) President and former chief minister J&K Mehbooba Mufti said uncertainty in Kashmir Valley cannot be over till the return of Kashmiri Pandit's to their homeland.
"J&K particularly Kashmir region has seen immense pain and problem in last several decades. The region has witnessed immense loss. Many innocent people have lost their lives," Mehbooba Mufti as per KNS said while talking to reporters in south Kashmir's Anantnag.
She said since the emergence of uncertainty in Kashmir valley, our mothers, sisters, brothers and daughter of Kashmiri Pandit community left Kashmir region which was a great and collective loss for our society. "This loss cannot be compensated till they return back and live their life together with Muslim brethren in a peaceful atmosphere," Mehbooba Mufti said.
She added when Late Mufti Mohammad Sayeed was CM of J&K he wished to bring KP's back to their homeland and wanted to provide them a favorable atmosphere. "Instability cannot be over till KP's return to the homeland - Kashmir," Mehbooba added. (KNS)
