SRINAGAR 13 MAY (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Conference General Secretary Imran Reza Ansari has extended his warm greetings to the people of J&K on auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.

“I extend my warm greetings and good wishes to the people of Jammu and Kashmir. May this Eid be the harbinger of peace and blessing for the people of Jammu & Kashmir especially when we are facing the challenge of the COVID-19 pandemic”, Ansari said in his felicitation message.

Imran Ansari also appealed to people not to forget the less privileged sections of society during the festivities of Eid.

“Eid also embeds the message of remembering economically disadvantageous and underprivileged sections of the society who are worst affected by the COVID-19 lockdown. I urge everyone to extend all possible assistance and support to them”, he added
The PC General Secretary further urged people to avoid large congregational prayers and look after the well being of their families, especially the old and children amid the looming threat of the COVID-19 pandemic.(KNS)
