Srinagar, Apr 19 (KNS): Handwara Police on Saturday registered a case against Nursing Home owner for using letter pads of a doctor who had left the clinic in year 2016.
Police Station Handwara received an application by one doctor namely Dr Shafqat Rasool Wani to effect that he was practicing as Consultant at Asif Memorial Clinic Handwara in the year 2016 and left the clinic in the same year and never joined the practice as a Consultant in the aforesaid clinic, police officials told KNS.
However the aforesaid clinic at present which is run by Kouser Bakshi is still consulting/treating patients in the name of complainant and also using his letter pads, he said.
“On receipt of this application, a case under FIR No. 124/20 u/s 420, 468 IPC has been registered in Police Station Handwara against the owner of the Nursing Home and investigation into the matter set into motion”, police said. (KNS)
