  Gulmarg, Jan 27 (KNS): Famous Ski Resort Gulmarg is witnessing overwhelming tourists as all the hotels recorded 100 percent bookings.

The tourist flow picked up with the snowfall recorded few days ago, Tourists are seen enjoying sking and gondola rides.
Meanwhile recently many winter sports activities and games were played in Gulmarg to promote tourism sector in Gulmarg especially skking training courses were organised by Tourism Department and youth services and sports department for ski lover's.

When KNS Correspondent contacted tourism officials, they said, "nowadays Gulmarg is full with tourists, skiers and local visitors here who visit to enjoy the winter moments.  all the hotels were soldout with full of tourists and visitors."

The main reason which about risen tourism in Gulmarg is bollywood turning its cameras towards favourite destination and one of the top location for shooting kashmir valley especially Gulmarg and a nearby picnic spot Drung. These tourist destinations are nowadays witnessing shooting of bollywood films, drama's and wedding shootings.

These shootings send a positive message rather than their earlier focus on the violence and strife here by the media, a hotelier said.

Meanwhile tourism associated people expressed happiness over the rising footfall of tourists as compared to other seasons.

Number of Tourists and bollywood actors who interacted with KNS Correspondent,said that Gulmarg offers one the best ski slopes in the world and they will suggest all tourists to come and enjoy the mesmerized beauty of Gulmarg. (KNS).
