Forest division Langate retrieves 800 Kanals of Forest land in Rajwar

Handwara , May 30 (KNS): The forest division Langate on Saturday retrieved 800 kanals of land in north Kashmir’s Rajwar , which was illegally occupied by the locals in the area.
An official of forest division Langate told KNS that a joint operation of Forest Police Force (FPF) and territorial forest of division was today launched in Butshungi Behnipora, compartment number 28 in which the officials retrieved 800 kanals of land from the encroachers.

He said that the team was constituted by Chief conservator forests north circle Irfan Rasool and DFO Langate Abdul Hameed Malla in which several officers were deputed to retrieve the land illegally occupied by the locals.
“The officers and forces after launching the operation successfully retrieved the land from encroachers,” he said.

As per reports, as part of eviction drive launched by Forest Division Langate led by Range Officer Rajwar Ghulam Nabi and BO Control room Langate Fayaz Ahmad BO control room Rajwar Gulbaz Ahmad along with other employees, retrieved encroached forest land measuring 800 kanals.
The entire operation was accomplished under the direct supervision of Chief conservator north circle irfan Rasool and DFO Langate Abdul Hameed (KNS)
