Bandipora, July 14(KNS): Fayaz Ahmad, President of the Private Schools Association Bandipora and Chairman of IDPS Bandipora, called on Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha, and discussed a range of issues concerning education, tourism and employment in the Union Territory.
According to Fayaz Ahmad, the meeting focused on strengthening the education sector by improving academic infrastructure, promoting quality education, and encouraging skill-based learning to equip students for future opportunities. He also highlighted the role of private educational institutions in complementing the government's efforts to provide quality education.
Fayaz Ahmad said he urged the Lieutenant Governor to continue supporting initiatives aimed at improving educational standards and creating an enabling environment for students and educational institutions across Jammu & Kashmir.

He further said that the discussion also centred on promoting the tourism sector, particularly by exploring its vast potential to generate sustainable livelihoods and boost the local economy. Stressing the importance of youth empowerment, Fayaz Ahmad raised the need for enhanced skill development programmes, entrepreneurship initiatives, and greater employment opportunities for young people.
According to Fayaz Ahmad, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha gave a patient hearing to the issues raised during the meeting and appreciated the importance of strengthening education, promoting tourism, and creating better opportunities for the youth.
