Srinagar, Sep 28 (KNS): Ex Secretary General Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Assembly Mohammad Ramzan has expressed his deep shock and sorrow over the untimely death of Mohammad Lattif, ex Addl. Secretary Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Assembly. 

While terming his death as personal loss, he said that he was an honest ,upright and God fearing officer with unquestionable integrity.

In his condolence message, Ramzan prayed to all mighty Allah to bestow peace to his soul and give him highiest place in Janat-ul-firduos and give courage to his family to bear this irreperable loss. (KNS)
