Establish Spiritual Centers to Address Crime, Drug Abuse: Maulana Hami to Govt

 Srinagar, Aug 13(KNS): Maulana Ghulam Rasool Hami, the chairman of Karwan-i-Islami, Sunday has urged the government to consider setting up spiritual centers as a way to tackle the growing problems of crime and social issues, including drug addiction in Kashmir valley.

He also said that these centers could help guide individuals onto a virtuous path and deter them from harmful behaviors.

Speaking to KNS Correspondent, Maulana Hami expressed deep concern about the increasing prevalence of crimes and drug addiction in society.

He believes that by nurturing a connection with spirituality and moral values, communities can address the underlying causes of these problems.

He called on the government to seriously ponder over his proposal, emphasizing its potential to make a positive impact.(KNS).
