Kupwara, Aug 22 (KNS): In compliance to the directions of the Hon’ble Patron in Chief Hon'ble Chief Justice of J&K and as directed by Hon’ble Executive Chairman, J&K SLSA, E-Lok Adalat/ VC Lok Adalat was conducted today on 22-08-2020 in entire district ,in which 6 six Benches were constituted. Two Benches were constituted at Kupwara, two at Handwara one at Sogam and one at Tangdar. The Bench No. 01 constituted at Kupwara was presided by Inder Singh (PDJ Kupwara) and the Member was Bilal Ahmad (Adv), the Bench No. 02 was presided by Kossar Ahmad Qureshi (Add. District & Sessions Judge Handwara) and the member was Shahnawaz Amin Wani (Adv), the Bench No. 03 was presided by Sunil Sangra (CJM Handwara) and the Member was Feroz Ahmad Khan ( Munsiff JMIC/ Handwara), the Bench No 04 was presided by Mr. Ishtiyaq Alam Baba ( Munsiff/JMIC Kralpora and the member was. Rafakat Hussain ( Munsiff/ JMIC Kupwara , the Bench No. 05 was presided by Javid Ahmad Parray ( Munsiff/JMIC Sogam) and the member was G. M Shaheen ( Adv) and the Bench No.06 was presided by Shabir Ahmad Munsiff/JMIC Tangdar and the member was Mr. Jameel Ahmad ( Adv). In total 291 number of cases was referred out of which 279 number of cases have been settled and the settled amount is 6255400. The details of said cases are as under:
