Baramulla, May 23 (KNS) : DySP Headquarter Baramulla Gulzar Rasheed has greeted the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr and distributed food items among the needy in the Baramulla locality.

In his message DySP said “The spirit behind the observance of Eid-ul-Fitr is to express our thanks to Almighty Allah for giving us the courage to observe fasting in the month of Ramzan and rededicate ourselves to the path of truthfulness, sincerity, self-control, patience and human dignity”.

He extended his warmest greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir and prayed this auspicious occasion becomes a new harbinger for peace and amity in the JK. He also hoped that this auspicious occasion would strengthen the bonds of communal harmony and brotherhood.

He has also distributed the food items among the needy in the Baramulla area (KNS)
