Srinagar, 06 July(KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President and MP from Srinagar Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Omar Abdullah have greeted people on the Urs Mubarak of Hazrat Ameerul Mumineen Syedna Sidiq-e-Akbar (RA). 

While religious functions to commemorate the urs will be held at several shrines across the Kashmir valley, the main function will be held at the Hazratbal shrine. 

In their greetings message, the duo prayed that the solemn occasion of the Urs Mubarak brings peace and prosperity to the region. 

General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar, Additional General Secretary Dr. Sheikh Mustafa Kamal, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, Party MPs Muhammad Akbar Lone, Hassnain Masoodi have also greeted the people on the occasion.(KNS).
