SHEERI, June 16 (KNS): Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) and Nodal Officer/Mentor of the Subsidiary Training Centre (STC) Sheeri, Maqsood ul Zaman, IPS, conducted a detailed visit to the facility on Tuesday to review the progress of the 17th Basic Recruit Training Course (BRTC).
During the visit, the DIG carried out a comprehensive inspection of all sections of the training center, including barracks, mess, classrooms, and parade grounds. He was briefed on the administrative, logistical, and training mechanisms in place.

Expressing satisfaction, DIG Maqsood ul Zaman noted that the training is proceeding according to the scheduled plan. He emphasized the instructors' vital role in transforming recruits into disciplined and professional officers, urging them to maintain high standards of modern policing skills and physical conditioning .
The STC administration assured the DIG of implementing his directives to ensure the highest quality of institutional training. (KNS)
