Check rising militancy instead of UT celebrations, Congress to govt

Srinagar Oct 31 (KNS):  Strongly condemning the killing of Ghulam Mohd Dar, police HC in Baramula today, third incident of targetted attacks, JKPCC Chief Vikar Rasool Wani has asked the LG administration and the the centre government to concentrate on the rising incidents of terrorism & ensure safety of innocents, instead of UT divas celebrations. 
 
Expressing shock over the killing of police head constable Shri Gulam Mohd Dar, father of six daughters besides that of Mukesh Kumar, non local labour and critically injuring police inspector in Eidgah , Srinagar, JKPCC Chief termed the situation as alarming as three targetted have taken place in a row in three days while the government is busy in UT divas celebrations. The home ministry is directly incharge to deal with the situation in the UT, so should explain it's failures on this front. 
 
He said that centre government and LG administration must concentrate on checking militancy rather than UT divas celebrations and making false claims of total normalcy. 
 
Congress strongly condemns the series of terrorist attacks and expresses deep sympathies  & shares the pain of their families . Government must ensure safety and security of innocents and crush militancy. The Home ministry should answer the  deteriorating situation being directly in control of affairs in UT.(KNS)
