Rajouri January 02 (KNS): Apni Party Vice President and Former Cabinet Minister, Choudhary Zulfkar Ali has strongly condemned the killing of four civilians and injuries to several others in Dangri village of District Rajouri.
In his statement, Choudhary Zulfkar Ali expressed deep concern over the unfortunate killing of four civilians in Rajouri by the enemies of peace.
“The incident is highly condemnable. It shows that the enemies of peace are desperate to damage communal harmony and stability in the district,” he said.
He said that the authorities should immediately airlift the injured persons to the specialized hospitals for their advanced treatment.
He further said that the next of kins of four persons who have lost their lives in the unfortunate incident should get ex-gratia immediately and ensure that their families get justice.
He asked the people to have faith in the security forces and J&K Police to investigate the brutal act.
While praying for peace and stability in J&K, he also appealed to the people to maintain peace and brotherhood in the region.
Meanwhile, the entire leadership of Apni Party have also expressed their serious concern over the firing incident and demanded an in-depth investigation and punishment to the perpetrator of the heinous act.(KNS)
