CE PHE Kashmir completes one Day Extensive tour of Anantnag


Anantnag, June 17 (KNS): Chief Engineer PHE Kashmir, Er. Abdul Wahid During a daylong extensive tour to district Anantnag commissioned four water supply schemes coming under Languishing programs. Chief Engineer also took a detailed review of ongoing Schemes under different heads in district and its Qazigund area.
SE South hydraulics engineer, Iftikhar Hussian Wani, SE mechanical Abdul Rashid Dar, executive engineer Qazigund, Er.Ghulam Nabi Bhat, executive engineer Bijbehara Sirajudin Ahmed, executive engineer ground water, Deen Mohd Bhat,executive engineer mechanical South, Abdul Rasheed Hajam , assistant executive Engineer ,sub division Anantnag ,Riyaz Ahmed Bhat, assistant executive engineer Khurshed Ahmed, assistant executive engineer Mir Bazar, Nisar Ahmed Dar, assistant executive engineer Rafiq Ahamed Veeri , assistant angineer's of Various Sub Divisions, junior engineers of different sub divisions and field staff were accompanying Chief Engineer Kashmir during the day long tour.
The chief engineer commissioned water supply Chirhama Bonapora , in Qazigund. Cheif engineer appreciated the effort of executive engineer PHE Qazigund and AEE Mir Bazar Nisar Ahmed and AEE PHE Rafiq Ah. Veeri for doing wonderful efforts in commissioning the scheme in stipulated time. He appreciated executive engineer PHE Qazigund for taking keen interest in making things possible on the ground level. He said the scheme was long pending demand of the Chirhama residents and now there long pending demand stands fulfilled today.
In Anantnag District PHE cheif engineer Kashmir commissioned Water supply scheme at chontihal ,Bal Brakpora and chaklipora Bonagam schemes.

Remember these schemes are coming under languishing programmes and work on these projects stands completed this year.

People living in these areas particularly ST community were jubilant and raised slogans in the favour of SE Hydraulics South,Exon Bijebhera ,AEE Sub Division Anantnag and AE Shangus and other junior Engineers .

Meanwhile, SE Hydraulics South told KNS that more than thirty habitations are going to get benefit by these schemes and now long pending demand of drinking water are also solved. (KNS)
