Bharat Darshan Study Tour Takes Kashmir Valley Students on a Journey Across India

 Srinagar, January 6 (KNS): A group of 27 students from Kashmir Valley is embarking on a Bharat Darshan Study Tour organized by 10 BN SSB Batmaloo, Srinagar. Starting from Srinagar, their journey will take them through Amritsar, Chandigarh, Delhi, and back, promising an exciting exploration of India's diverse tapestry.
Kicking off on February 6, 2024, this week-long expedition aims to enrich the students' minds and souls by immersing them in India's rich cultural heritage, historical landmarks, and natural wonders. From the majestic Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh in Amritsar to the serene Sukhna Lake and Punjab Governor's House, and then on to iconic sites in Delhi like India Gate, Kartavyapath, War Memorial, PM Museum, Red Fort, and Gandhi Smriti, each stop on their itinerary holds the promise of discovery. A Ravinder Nath, Director of NIT Srinagar/Vice Chancellor of Central University of Kashmir, graced the program as Chief Guest, encouraging the local youth and applauding the efforts of SSB. Rohitashwa, Commandant, emphasized that under the guidance of experienced mentors and tour guides, the students will not only witness India's splendor but also engage in meaningful interactions with local communities, fostering a deeper understanding of the nation's ethos and values.
This journey represents unity in diversity, as students from diverse backgrounds come together to celebrate India's vibrant culture. Through this transformative experience, the aim is to instill a sense of pride and belonging in the young generation, nurturing future leaders who will carry forward India's legacy.(KNS)
