Srinagar, Nov 05 (KNS): In swift action by the Anantnag police, hours after a video went viral on social media in which a youth can be seen beating a school girl was arrested
The police said that a video was viral on social Media in which a Young boy was seen thrashing a Girl. "Accordingly Ananthnag Police has taken cognizance of the incident and has registered FIR 351/2022 Under relevant sections of Law in Police Station Ananthnag," it said.
The police said that a team of Police Officials from Police Post Bus stand swung into Action and eventually the Boy was identified and subsequently arrested.
"General Public is requested not to share the video further on social Media," the police said(KNS)
