Bandipora, Nov 02(KNS): The Bandipora-Gurez road, an essential transportation route connecting Gurez to the Kashmir Valley, has been closed by the local administration following fresh snowfall at Razdan Top in Bandipora district.

This closure has been implemented due to slippery road conditions caused by accumulated snow, rendering the route unsafe for travel.

Officials said that the restrictions on traffic movement along the Bandipora-Gurez road will persist until the improvement in weather conditions and the road becomes safe for travel once again(KNS).
