Mahmood Shah appealed to the human rights organizations to "play their proactive and due role in putting a stop to India's state terrorism and human rights violations in Jammu Kashmir."
"Pakistan must take due militarily measures so that genocide by Indian Forces in Jammu Kashmir can be stopped," he added. (KNS)
