All J&K Shia Association Hosts Flag Raising Ceremony on eve of Muharram at Zadibal Imam Bargah

 Srinagar, July 18(KNS): The All Jammu and Kashmir Shia Association (AJKSA) proudly announces the successful flag raising ceremony held at Zadibal Imam Bargah, paying homage to the revered figure of imam hussain(a.s) & Mola Abbas(a.s).

The event took place on [18-7-2023] and witnessed an overwhelming display of devotion, unity, and reverence for the noble cause.

The flag raising ceremony was led by the esteemed individuals Syed Mohammad and Shabir, who valiantly raised the flag symbolizing Mola Abbas. Their dedication and commitment to upholding the spirit of Mola Abbas’s legacy were commendable, inspiring all those present.

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of prominent figures within the Shia community. Sheikh Zakri, Molana Adeel Murtaza, and Jawaad Ansari, distinguished leaders and influential personalities, stood as pillars of support and guidance for the community during this significant occasion. Their profound knowledge and unwavering commitment to fostering unity and harmony were evident throughout the ceremony.

Among the attendees, ashraf sab was honored with the title of “zakir,” recognizing his exceptional contributions to the community and his steadfast dedication to the principles of Mola Abbas. His presence added a sense of reverence and solemnity to the proceedings, inspiring all those in attendance.

Additionally, the ceremony saw five young individuals courageously raising Alams on the premises of the Imam Bargah. Their display of loyalty and devotion towards Mola Abbas serves as a testament to the resilience and passion of the younger generation in upholding the values and traditions of the Shia community.
