Ajat Shatru Sharma has rightly reminded PM Modi:Soz

Srinagar, May 04 (KNS) former union minister professor Saif U Din Soz on Monday said “Ajat Shatru Sharma, President Bar Association Kathua, has rightly asked PM Modi to imagine whether shifting of Adjudication of Service Matters of Employees of J&K UT to Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Branch at Chandigarh would not put Govt. Employees of J&K UT to great hardship.
According to statement issued to KNS Soz said Ajat Shatru Sharma has also rightly reminded PM Modi that he (the PM) had assured the Parliament on August 5, 2019 that the reduction of the J&K State into a UT status would be of a temporary nature and meanwhile, the people of the state would not be put to any difficulty.
Ajat Shatru has also urged PM Modi to review the decision of referring cases of the J&K Govt. Employees needing adjudication, to Chandigarh.
Ajat Shatru Sharma has asked PM Modi to say why adjudication of the cases pertaining to J&K Govt. Employees is not possible within the Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory.
Ajat Shastru’s statement on this matter amply proves that the Central Govt. and the J&K Union Territory Govt. are unmindful of the difficulties that the people of J&K might suffer through their arbitrary decisions on matters of vital public importance.” (KNS)
