Srinagar, September 13( KNS): Iltija Mufti, daughter of former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today criticized the Government for lying about the release of all detainees.
In her tweet from Mehbooba Muftis account, she said, " I have been approached by families of countless men illegally detained & dumped in jails outside J&K. Clearly admin’s claims of releasing every detainee is a brazen lie. These are real people languishing in jails since August 2019. @HMOIndia @manojsinha_"
In her another tweet, she also questioned detention of Imams, "
"A list hurriedly typed by a detainee’s brother tells you that most of these men jailed illegally since August,2019 are moulvis/muslim religious scholars.
