Srinagar, Mar 16 (KNS): Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Vijay Kumar Bidhuri on Saturday said that administration is fully prepared for polls, and is awaiting the announcement which has to be made by Election Commission of India (ECI).
He asserted that administration is expecting good poll percentage in the upcoming elections whenever they will be held.
“During the meeting with ECI the administration briefed them with detailed presentation about preparations in place for polls. The body was satisfied with the preparations. We are expecting good poll percentage this time, but are awaiting for the nod of ECI who has to take the final call,” Divisional Commissioner Kashmir VK Bidhuri as per KNS said.
He maintained that since consumers across valley stopped using crude electric gadgets the supply has electricity has widely increased and we are trying our best to ensure uninterrupted power supply during vital hours in Ramadhan including Iftar and Sehri. (KNS)
