Srinagar March 23 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Conference (JKPC) Sr. Vice President and Former Minister Abdul Gani Vakil felicitated people on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan, praying that the sacred month may ease the sufferings of the humankind.
Vakil has urged the Muslims to pray for peace and prosperity of humanity in general and the people of Jammu and Kashmir in particular, who are going through tumultuous times.
Vakil also implored the government to ensure the availability of all essential commodities besides uninterrupted power and water supply especially in the rural areas of Jammu and Kashmir during this holy month. (KNS)
