Srinagar, Feb 17(KNS): PDP spokesperson Suhail Bukhari today clarified that their leadership is in jail and won’t participate in Panchayat By- elections.
Taking to KNS, he said, “Top leadership of all the parties is in Jail including PDP. This whole idea of elections is a joke and facade. How do you expect people to participate in it? How does one expect a decision.
