Srinagar, Jan 20 (KNS): Senior congress leader and former union leader Prof on Monday in a stament to KNS said “When you are face to face with your bad times, you are sometimes led to believe that you might have gone wrong. So, Fellow Kashmir’s, continue to remain steadfast.
The Ministerial Team wants us to believe that the abrogation of Article 370 will open new vistas of development in Jammu and Kashmir!
These Ministers also think that the abrogated Article 370 happened to be a barrier for development.
It is so tragic that these learned BJP leaders, completely ignorant of the Constitutional Relationship of J&K with the Union, advise us to appreciate that the abrogation was going to usher in a flawless process of development!
I feel confident that the people of Kashmir would offer two solid agreements to reject the flawed thinking and do a forceful rebuttal of the falsehood.
One, the BJP has not cited a single example of Article 370 having blocked any measure of Development envisaged by successive Central Governments.
What these Ministers might not know, is that it (Article 370) was not devised as a tool of development, but, it happened to be the corner stone of a Special Constitutional Relationship of the only Muslim Majority State, with the Union of India!
Many political observers feel that the link having gone through the unilateral decision of the Central Govt., the separatism in Kashmir will gain momentum for which the Central Govt. will be squarely responsible!
Meanwhile, these Ministers should find time to ponder over one vital question- did the BJP leadership gain anything after jailing the entire Mainstream Leadership since 5th August 2019?
Now, the situation on hand suggests that the BJP leadership will grope in the dark and it will not be a surprise for anybody in Kashmir (KNS)
