Says JKCSCC successfully united people under one banner to defend Article 35-A

Srinagar, Aug 25 (KNS): Awami National Conference (ANC) Vice president and Jammu and Kashmir Civil Society Coordination Committee (JKCSCC), Muzaffar Shah on Saturday said thatt the talks without Hurriyat won't prove fruitful, saying that the Hurriyat is the important stakeholder in Kashmir issue.
Shah while talking to Kashmir News Service (KNS) on the sidelines of the function here said that the talks were initiated several times in the past but nothing fruitful came out from the initiatives.
He said that the people belonging from different sects and region must be allowed to meet each other. "Hurriyat is the important stakeholder of Kashmir issue and talks without their participation won't prove fruitful," he added.    
About Article 35-A, Shah said that the Civil Society has so far successful in uniting people from all the three regions to defend the case unitedly. "We are so far successful in our mission and we are formulating a joint strategy to defend the Article 35-A ion the ," he said. (KNS)
