AICC General Secretary Dr Sayeed Naseer Hussain, JKPCC President Tariq Hameed Karra and AICC General Secretary & CLP Leader G.A Mir today welcomed Senior Leaders & Former Cabinet Ministers Taj Mohi U Din & G.M Saroori besides DDC Vice Chairman (Kupwara) Haji Farooq Mir Lolabi into Congress Party and congratulated them for rejoining Congress.
The Senior Congress leadership expressed great satisfaction over their re-joining. The leaders hoped that their rejoining will further strengthen Congress.
On this occasion, Dr. Sayeed Nasser Hussain told the media that many individuals who have either left Congress or joined other parties are in touch with JKPCC President, CLP Leader and him (Hussain). They will soon be joining after following proper procedure.
Taj Mohi U Din and G.M.Saroori have won many elections on Congress tickets and served J&K in the capacity of Cabinet Ministers, while Haji Farooq Mir contested Lok Sabha Elections from Baramulla Lok Sabha Segment unsuccessfully, while he is still DDC Vice Chairman Hussain told the media persons.

They also expressed full faith under the Leadership of AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge, LOP Rahul Gandhi, AICC Gen Secretary Dr.Syed Naseer Hussain, JKPCC President Tariq Hameed Karra, CLP Leader G.A. Mir and hailed their leadership qualities. They vowed to work harder to further strengthen Congress in Jammu and Kashmir.
