Srinagar, Sep 19 (KNS) The Leader of Opposition in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly and senior BJP leader Sunil Sharma on Saturday claimed that the acceptance of the BJP is increasing across Kashmir, and asserted that workers from other parties, including the PDP, are embracing its policies despite the threat of suspension.
Speaking to KNS, Sunil Sharma said, "There is no doubt about it. And let me tell you, it is the policy of the BJP. Today, everyone is accepting these policies. And not just the PDP workers, but across party lines, people are accepting the BJP. Now, if their parties suspend them, I don't think it will make a difference. People want the policies of the BJP. They want the development of the BJP. They want the peace that the BJP has established here. No one will be able to stop them from being suspended."
Sunil Sharma said the biggest shortcoming of the present government is the "lack of governance."
The facilities that people should have got on the ground, the comforts that they should have got, are not being provided by the government.

There are no doctors and paramedics in hospitals. The condition of the roads is very bad. These are small problems. And the government has very little attention in this. That is why people are worried. People hope that the opposition will raise their voices, he said.
Asked about the main motive of the assembly session on September 21, Sunil Sharma said there are thousands of issues to be raised.
If I tell you, corruption has crossed all limits in this government. Corruption. A small, poor man faces a lot of problems in getting work done. Any small problem. The elections that should have been held by the panchayat or the municipality, the government is not doing it on purpose. The unemployed youth are very worried here. Their jobs have been outsourced. And even if they have been outsourced, you should have made a recruitment policy, you should have made a mechanism. That is also not there. The BJP will raise its voice on all these issues, he said.
