Srinagar, Jan 7: Peoples Democratic Party MP Nazir Ahmed Laway today said that some party leaders of NC and PDP who were ignored by their respective parties will form a new party in J&K.
“They can go to people and tell them earlier parties were garnering votes on fake promises like saving article 35A and 370 from scrapping. People rejected PDP and NC. They will be acceptable to the people,” Laway told KNS.
He maintained that he is with PDP and saying this after analyzing the political mood of the state and people.
“After release of top NC, PDP leaders, big development will happen.”
Without naming anyone, he blamed some PDP party leaders for the fall of the party.
“Central government never ditched Mufti Sayeed or Mehbooba Mufti. After Mufti Sayeeds death, PDP lost political grip in the party and some leaders did many wrong things,” he told KNS over phone.
After PDP patrons death, there was no political grip in the party. Some leaders did wrong with people. Central govt didn’t ditch either Mufti or Mehbooba, his own people did wrong acts.
