Srinagar, Oct 11 (KNS): The state police have identified the two slain militants killed in the gunfight that broke out between forces and militants in Shahgund Qalamabad area of Handwara in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
A top police officer while confirming to KNS said that the two bodies have been identified, saying that one among the slain militants is most probably Manan Wani while as another militant was identified as Ashiq of Handwara.
However, he said that the family of Manan is yet to identify the body. (KNS)
