Srinagar, May 19 (KNS): Democratic Party Nationalist (DPN) Patron and former minister, Ghulam Hassan Mir Sunday stressed on skill development or training programmes in the Valley.

Mir was the chief Guest in a function held at town hall Tangmarg.

According to a statement issued to KNS, Mir said that such programmes will directly help the educated youth in self employment.

Mir also distributed certificates among students who were trained for different skills like makeup skill, Hair Dressers skill, web designing, publishing designing, cutting tailoring, traditional designing and other skill development programmes.

Almost 250 certificates were distributed among training trainers on the occasion. (KNS)
