Sarbat da bhalla distributed free ration to 1500 needy families of jK



Srinagar, May 22 (KNS): Sarbat Da Bhalla Charitable Trust once again come forward to support the needy people of Jammu & Kashmir who have no source of Income in this Pandemic, the trust under the guidance of its President Mr Baldev Singh Raina (Chairman & CEO Peaks Group and Chairman PHD Chamber of Commerce) has distributed free Ration to 1500 needy families of J&K which includes Rice, Aata, Dal, Sugur and Tea packs,

According to statement issued to KNS, the supplies are being distributed in a phased manner (750 families of Jammu Province and 750 of Kashmir Province) in the different districts of J&K, were a first lot of ration has been distributed to 400 families in twins districts of Rajori and Poonch of and 350 in Jammu district of the UT Through its Team, which is being specifically monitored by State President of the Trust Baldev Singh and his team Dr Amarjeet Singh (General Secretary) Manjeet Singh (Joint Secretary), Maninder Pal Singh (Treasurer) Satpal Singh (Executive Member), Bhupinder Singh (Executive Member),Mukesh Sharma (Volunteer) and Inderjeet Singh (Volunteer),
Sharing the information Raina said the “Sarbat Da Bhalla” (Charitable Trust) is working beyond the line, under able and dynamic leadership of Managing Trustee Dr. S.P Singh Oberoi who has already been distributing the essential supplies of food commodities in Punjab’s and also different parts of the country and has distributed ration to 30000 needy families till now. Further the Trust is contemplating to provide the free Ration to the 1500 needy families of UT of Jammu and Kashmir were the same will be distributed to deserving families of respective districts of J&K through “Sarbat Da Bhalla” (Charitable Trust) J&K Unit Team.
