Srinagar, Jul 15 (KNS): At least fifteen shops got demolished by enforcement squad of Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) at Mill Stop Hawal.

The demolition was conducted under the supervision of Mayor Srinagar Junaid Azeem Mattu who was accompanied by Commissioner SMC Khurshid Ahmed Sanai, Additional Commissioner Nazir Ahmed Baba, Chief Enforcement Officer Mudasir Banday and other officials.

Earlier same construction was demolished but due to non compliance by defaulter the construction was again started with the result these shops were razed down by SMC

Besides demolishing many illegal structures at Alamgari Bazaar, Nowshera, Lal Bazaar, SMC also sealed the illegal buildings in the said areas. (KNS)
