Srinagar, Jan 11 (KNS): The opposition members on Thursday staged walk out over the raging controversy over SKIMS Soura.

The government said that the Emergency department and the OPD sections of SKIMS were smoothly functioning. However, this didn't satisfy the Opposition who continued to yell at the health minister.
“The doctors are on strike,” Altaf said, “patients coming from far-away places are not being admitted while as Surgery department is defunct.”
The opposition members walked in to well and later staged walk-out at around 10:52 am.
Later, the Deputy Speaker directed the government to look into the priority and resolve the standoff at the premier institute. (KNS)
