Chandigarh, August 3 (KNS) : National General Secretary Tarun Chugh on Sunday lashed out at top Congress leaders for deliberately crafting a disruptive and anti-national narrative across the country.
In a statement issued Chugh Taking strong exception to the statements made by Rahul Gandhi regarding former Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, said it is shameful that Gandhi made bizarre claims about receiving a threat from a man who was no longer alive. “Is dementia catching up with Rahul Gandhi?” Chugh questioned. “Such comments are not just indecent, they’are a disgrace to the nation’s grace.
Chugh also slammed AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge bending over backwards solely to please the Gandhi family by making disruptive remarks over constitutional offices.
“Kharge’s job now seems to be limited to echoing whatever narrative the Congress high command scripts for him.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelEven at the cost of undermining democratic institutions, he’s willing to oblige,” Chugh said.
Chugh said instead of playing a constructive role as an Opposition the Congress is bent upon indulging in anti-national narrative. “Their entire agenda today is driven by obstruction, confusion, and desperation.”
Chugh also took on Rahul Gandhi and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, for questioning the Election Commission exercise of identifying fake votes in Bihar. “The INDI alliance has no faith in democracy — all it knows is how to mislead the public with rumours and manufacture artificial fear. Spreading lies and playing the victim is an old tactic of the INDI alliance but the people of India have seen through their game now.”(KNS)
