Srinagar, Nov 18 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Conference President Sajad Gani Lone on Tuesday chaired an important workers’ meeting for Kupwara constituency, convened to reassess the party’s grassroots strategy and strengthen its connection with the public.

The meeting was attended by Sr Vice President Abdul Gani Vakil. Chief Spokesperson Adv. Bashir Ahmad Dar, DDC Chairman Irfan Pandithpuri, Spokespersons Adv. Abdul Majeed and Mohammad Amin and party leader Mudasir Akbar, who collectively reviewed organisational goals and emerging local challenges.

In his address, Sajad Lone reaffirmed the party’s commitment to a people-centric political framework, stressing that genuine public grievances must remain central to policymaking and political engagement.

He urged workers to intensify their grassroots presence, remain closely aligned with community issues and uphold the party’s vision of transparent and accountable governance.

Workers present at the conclave shared extensive feedback from the ground, offering valuable inputs aimed at refining organisational functioning and strengthening the Peoples Conference’s footprint across Kupwara.(KNS)
