Central Govt tried to erode special status of JK from time to time: Qaiser Lone

Srinagar, Sep 11 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) observed 16th Death anniversary of former minister Mushtaq Ahmad Lone and his elder brother Gh Mohidin Lone at Sogam Lolab District Kupwara, which was attended by former Law Minister Mir Saifullah and other leaders of the party.
The leaders paid tributes to Lone brothers and remembered their contribution to state and the society.
Qaiser Jamsheed Lone in his presidential address lambasted on Central Govt. that it has always betrayed the trust of people of J&K and tried to erode its special status from time to time.
Lone warned of dire consequences if Art 35-A or 370 is fiddled with by any agency and JKNC is ready to offer any sacrifice not only to safeguard the special status but to fight for internal autonomy of the state of J&K.
He cautioned people of ill designs of PDP which paved a safe way to RSS to implement its agenda and impose draconian and Nagpori laws in J&K , creating a sense of insecurity and atmosphere of bloodshed across the state.
Lone appealed to people to strictly adhere to the decision of party high command in respect of forthcoming Civic and Panchayat polls and strengthen National Conference at grass root level for their bright, prosperous and dignified future. (KNS)
