Srinagar, 13 Sept (KNS) : The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference General Secretary Haji Ali Mohammad Sagar has asked the Divisional Administration to make adequate arrangements for devotees in view of the annual Urs of Hazrat Peer Dastgeer Sahib (RA).

Sagar called for uninterrupted arrangements for drinking water, electricity, sanitation and cleanliness, healthcare and adequate transport facilities for devotees throughout the day and evening. He also urged the administration to ensure proper arrangements at the historic shrines associated with Hazrat Peer Dastgeer Sahib (RA), including Peer Dastgeer Sahib Khanyar Sharif, Dargah Ghausia Rahbaba Sahib at Aali Kadal, Ziarat Dastgeer Sahib at Sarai Bala, Asar-e-Sharief Jenab Sahib Soura, and other shrines in Bandipora, Zachaldar, Banihal, Rafiabad, Sopore, Panjura, Shopian and other areas.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

He stressed that all necessary facilities should be kept readily available for devotees visiting these shrines during the Urs days, which commenced from yesterday.

National Conference Women’s Wing President and MLA Habba Kadal, Advocate Shameema Firdous, and MLA Lal Chowk, Ahsan Pardesi, have also asked the administration to ensure adequate arrangements for devotees during the Urs.(KNS)
