Srinagar, feb 13 (KNS):  The Shopkeepers   of Mahraj Bazar and Sarai Bala Srinagar on Tuesday to allow old public water points installed in the market to function.
A group of shopkeepers told KNS that recently employees of the PHE department informed them that they are planning to stop public water points in the area.
President Mahraj Bazar appealed the authorities to continue the public water point in the market.
When contacted Superintendent Engineer PHE Ghulam Ahmad Beigh said, they have clear orders to close the public points everywhere or regularise them. (KNS)
