Srinagar, July 30 (KNS): A Lieutenant Colonel and an Army jawan lost their lives, while three officers were injured after a boulder struck an Army vehicle in Leh on Wednesday morning, officials said.
The incident took place around 11:30 am when an Army convoy was moving from Durbuk to Chongtash.
Officials said the boulder hit one of the vehicles, killing Lieutenant Colonel Bhanu Pratap Singh and Lance Dafadar Daljeet Singh on the spot.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Three others Major Mayank Shubham, Major Amit Dixit, and Captain Gaurav sustained injuries and were shifted to the Army hospital in Leh for treatment.(KNS)
