Srinagar, Mar 05 (KNS): United Jihad Council (UJC) on Monday termed the killing and labeling civilians as militants is ‘shameful’.
In an e-mailed statement issued to KNS, UJC chief, Syed Salah-ud-din asked that “how long will world community maintain silence over the genocide of Kashmiris.”
According to the statement, addressing a high level meeting of United Jihad Council, the UJC chief said, “The Indian forces have failed to suppress the Kashmiris and are now using tactics to suppress their resolve.”
He said that the tactics being used to suppress Kashmiris won’t succeed.
Salah-ud-din also questioned over the silence maintained by the world community and international human rights organizations, saying that “why don’t they break their silence over the human rights violation in Kashmir.”
“The sacrifices rendered by the people won’t go waste,” he said. (KNS)
