Srinagar, Jan 27 (KNS): Congress leader Kadfeen Chowdhary has urged upon ST Community to strengthen the Congress Party further to ensure their overall development.
He was a addressing a largely attended meeting of Members of ST Community from various areas of Kashmir province in Srinagar today.
Addressing the ST members meeting Kadfeen said that it is the Congress party which is capable of serving them besides ensuring their overall development, for the fact, Congress Party feels duty bound to reach out to every section of the State to address their genuine concerns and it will continue to remain committed to the cause of serving people to the best of its ability.
He emphasized ST Members not come under false promises and propaganda of PDP, BJP & NC, as that, they have always mislead the people for electoral gains, but the people not only in Kashmir, but Jammu and Ladakh have realized that they are not their (People’s) well wishers, he said.
“I would reiterate my appeal to people belonging to ST Community in all the three regions to come forward and defeat the designs of opportunist political Parties, who betray people after securing votes from them,” Kadfeen added and said that Congress will never compromises on the issues concerning people rather it will fight for their rights to the best of its ability.
