Srinagar, Feb 07 (KNS): Congress leader Kadfeen Chowdhary has expressed serious concern over the difficulties confronting people in upper reaches in Kashmir valley due to the fresh snowfall.
In a statement issued to KNS, Kadfeen emphasized the Divisional Administration to gear up the Machinery to ensure road clearance in upper reaches especially Faqir Gujri in Srinagar and other places in Budgam District, which have been left disconnected due to fresh snow fall.
He said people are confronted with difficult situation in absence of electricity and demanded restoration of electricity on war footing basis.
Fresh snowfall has caused huge inconvenience to people Kadfeen added and urged upon the Divisional Administration to ensure respite by ensuring every essential facility to people. (KNS)
