J&K’s Prosperity Rooted in Cultural Heritage, Modern Innovation: LG Sinha

 Jammu, Jan 13 (KNS) : Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha articulated a vision for Jammu and Kashmir’s future, stating that its path to progress lies at the intersection of its profound cultural soul and modern, innovative minds. He emphasized leveraging the region’s spiritual heritage alongside education as a unifying framework for societal advancement.

 
LG Sinha was speaking after launching a special edition of ‘Sangarmal’ magazine, published by the Hindu Education Society, Kashmir, at the Gandhi Memorial Camp College in Raipur, Jammu.
 
“In an era defined by rapid technological growth and globalization, it is our timeless spiritual and cultural heritage our shared beliefs, traditions, arts, rituals, and values that will shape society and fuel the holistic development of the nation,” LG Sinha stated as per news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS).

Since the Vedic ages, traditional values have served as guiding principles, building an ethical foundation for comprehensive development,” he remarked.
 
Outlining the dual pillars of growth, the Lieutenant Governor asserted, “For J&K to advance, our citizens must embrace innovation, focus on intellectual growth to achieve breakthroughs in research and development, promote creative industries, and strategically invest in preserving our heritage.”
 
He underscored the importance of fostering values such as compassion, humility, and resilience to strengthen community bonds and ensure social cohesion.
 
During his address, LG Sinha also commended the Hindu Education Society, Kashmir, for its dedicated efforts in raising public awareness about culture, social responsibility, and the transformative power of education. (KNS)
